About Indiana PathWays for Aging Member Support Services (IN MSS)

We’re here 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., Monday through Friday.

The Indiana PathWays for Aging Member Support Services (IN MSS) program helps you get the care you need in the Indiana PathWays for Aging program (PathWays). We can answer questions about plan benefits and services, work with your coordinators, providers, and managed care entity (MCE), refer you to resources, and support you in addressing issues.
