- Tell us about a question or concern you have with your managed care entity (MCE) or provider
- Ask for help in getting the care you need
- Tell us about other issues you have in the PathWays program
Do not include Protected Health Information (PHI) or Personally Identifiable Information (PII) in the email, such as your Medicaid ID number, Social Security number, or date of birth. If you need to give us these details, meet with us in person or call 1-877-738-3511.
